Free Stuff

Everyone has seen them or gotten requests for a free IPad, gift card, IPhone, or something else that you really want. But don’t get your hopes you just yet. Most of these sites want something from you which no longer makes the thing you want free.

Most of these sites want you to give your name, address, phone number, and even your birthdate. Here’s the problem with this, when you give out that information you put yourself on a massive call/mailing list. You will get junk mail in your physical and your electronic mailbox, and these people will blow up your phone with junk calls that you don’t want, especially if you are using a cell phone as your main phone and it is costing you minutes.

The next problem, they will want you to complete offers. A great deal of these offers are free trials that want you to put your credit card information in beforehand so if you forget to cancel the trial then they will take your money. You also have the places that will give you an item, but don’t be fooled, make sure you read the fine print they are going to get your money somewhere in this deal, and it won’t be cheap.

The thing is, I really don’t know if these places really work. I don’t have the funds to do all of that, if I did then I would have the thing that I want. So I look at the front page, and if they say you have to offers then I’m gone. So in my opinion there is no such thing as free stuff, unless you can find and win a contest. If you want to see if you have any luck then find one of those pages and try them, but I wouldn’t recommend it.
